this car is being driven by a teen who has his sister maybe in the passenger seat, also a teen.  the road he turned from was hill leading up to a subdivision, and the people in these houses don’t always completely stop at the sign.  it’s more of a pause, and sometimes it’s even less than that.  they don’t make sure their right is clear before turning left.  as a result, they pull out half way into the intersection and stop because i’m coming.  sometimes they just cut me off.

like this particular teen did.  he was following another car out of his hood and didn’t check his right because the car in front of him decided to go.  i guess he thought if it was clear for the other car, it was clear for him.  wrong.  the car in front of him darted out quickly to make the turn because he saw me coming.  teen driver practically pulled out in front of me.  in fact, he took up residence in the left lane when he realized i was there to avoid hitting me.   lucky for him, no oncoming traffic was there to meet him.

teen drivers are inexperienced.  inexperienced equals danagerous.  i find it surprising there are not more teen accidents in this town.
